Background Check

 

SafeSport Training

 

All volunteers must submit a Background Check via their Got Sport Dashboard. Background checks reset every June 1.

After this date and annually, any existing or new coaches/team managers must submit a new background check.

How to Submit a Background Check in Got Sport

  All coaches and team manager must complete the required SafeSport training via their Got Sport Dashboard. Refreshers are required annually as the certification resets every June 1.

All volunteers should be in contact with their age group commissioner who will provide them with instructions on how to set up their Coach or Manager Profile in Got Sport. It's a no cost online registration that only needs to be done once.

View and print Team ID Cards

  1. Login to system.gotsport.com with your email address (If you're on a mobile device, click the 3 lines to open the menu.)
  2. Click Team Management
  3. Click your team name
  4. Click the Messages tab
  5. From the Event drop-down, select Spring 2025 NMCSL or Spring 2025 Micro League
  6. Click Search
  7. Select the roles you want to contact - Player, Coach, Manager
  8. Enter your subject, reply to email, from name and message; then click Send

  3. Click your team name
  4. Click the Rosters tab
  5. From the Event drop-down, select Spring 2025 NMCSL or Spring 2025
  6. Click Search
  7. Click Documents and IDs
    1. Click ID Cards for a full page view of all staff and player IDs.
    2. Click Virtual Cards for a virtual list of team members and individual cards.

Print Game Cards

 

Print NTX Offical Roster (for Tournaments)

  1. Login to system.gotsport.com with your email address (If you're on a mobile device, click the 3 lines to open the menu.)
  2. Click Team Management.
  3. Click Matches on the left side.
  4. Select your team from the My Teams drop-down list.
  5. Select Spring 2025 NMCSL or Spring 2025 Micro League from the Event drop-down list.
  6. Click Search
  7. Click the ... to the right of the scheduled match.
  8. Click Print Match Card.
  9. With Standard selected, click Export.
  10. The match card displays in PDF ready to print.

  2. Click Team Management.
  3. Click Roster Tab
  4. Select Spring 2025 NMCSL or Spring 2025 Micro League from the Event drop-down list.
  5. Click Search
  6. Click the Documents & IDs tab
  7. Click the No Image Roster button
  8. PDF ready to print.

 

 

Find Game Schedule

Enter Scores Manually
  1. Login to system.gotsport.com with your email address (If you're on a mobile device, click the 3 lines to open the menu.)
  2. Click Team Management.
  3. Select the appropriate Team
  4. Select Spring 2025 NMCSL or Spring 2025 Micro League
  5. Click Schedule
  1. To enter the score of your home game manually go to: https://system.gotsport.com/submit_event_codes/new
  2. Enter the Event code for your game

F License REQUIRED

U.S. Soccer National “F” License
The National F License course is a two-hour course, conducted entirely online, intended for all parents and coaches of youth players. The focus of this grassroots course is to share U.S. Soccer’s best practices in creating a fun, activity-centered and age-appropriate environment for 5-8 year old players.

In order to participate in a National F License course, you must enroll in the DCC and set up your coach’s profile. There is no charge to enroll in the DCC. When enrolling in the DCC, you must provide all requested information, including full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
